The haghpat.com website was created to showcase the history, historical and cultural values, and picturesque corners of nature of the village of Haghpat in the Lori Province of the Republic of Armenia. We present not only the famous Haghpat Monastic Complex but also all the monuments and natural treasures of the village that might interest travelers. Our goal is also to raise the level of local residents’ knowledge about their homeland and contribute to the preservation of historical monuments and the heavenly nature.

The website was created by Vahagn Philiposyan, who is originally from Yerevan city, and Narek Avetisyan, from the village of Rind, who were brought together by the idea of presenting this picturesque corner of Armenia in a proper and comprehensive way. Narek primarily handles the technical aspects of the website, while Vahagn manages the content.
